[B-CG07] [EE] Earth and Planetary Science Frontiers for Life and Global Environment
Mon. May 22, 2017 5:15 PM - 6:30 PM Poster Hall (International Exhibition Hall HALL7)
Earth and planetary science is currently capable of sampling from three
frontiers: space, deep ocean and deep underground for the study of the
origin and evolution of life. Next generation sequencing technology of
nucleic acids and nanotechnology-driven innovation of solid
characterizations are very powerful to expand our understanding of many
fields of earth and planetary sciences. It is also important for us to be
aware of global warming and climate change that dramatically affect
biodiversity, biological activities and elemental cycling. The aim of this
session is to cross the border of science sections to explore the
frontiers of earth and planetary science.
