[H-CG34] [JJ] Systems of life in closed bio-ecosystems and planets
Sat. May 20, 2017 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM 202 (International Conference Hall 2F)
convener:Kaori Tomita-Yokotani(Graduate School of Life and Environmental Sciences, University of Tsukuba), Shunta Kimura(Graduate School of Life and Environmental Sciences, University of Tsukuba), Chairperson:Kaori Tomita-Yokotani(Graduate School of Life and Environmental Sciences, University of Tsukuba)
Living creatures on the earth have been evolved since its origin a long time ago. They equip several important functions affecting each other. Knowledge on those functions and interaction of the ecology is essential for secure design of a closed-ecosystem with limited number of living species under the harsh environments, such as space and deep sea or desert. Here, we will discuss the importance of choosing the ideal species for stability of systems and low percentage of error, when we use bio-materials in extra-terrestrial environment.
