It is necessary to consider it about taste change and olfactory change in the space, and to do the seasoning of space foods. Taste and olfactory are changing by age. Therefore we report the result because we investigated taste and olfactory ability from 40 years old to 70 years old for sense of recognition. We want to make use of this result for space foods development.
