[2E3-NFC-1a-04] An analysis of user's utterance to reduce inappropriate response of chat robot

In recent years, aging society has advanced in various countries around the world, and it is particularly serious in Japan.The problem of elderly living alone is that the frequency of conversation is low, which is the cause of depression.Therefore, as a previous study, an experiment of a chat robot for elderly people was conducted.
The current problem is that the robot makes an utterance that does not match the Time, Place and Occassion.
In this research, when a robot make an utterance that does not match the season, we proposed a method to acquire correct seasonal information from the user by robot uttering recovery sentence.
