We have been developing IoT sensors for the evaluation of the comfort levels of real estate building properties. In this paper, we additionally evaluated thermal insulation performance and sound performance. In addition, we added a PM2.5 sensor.
We are now conducting a large-scale experiments using $60+$ properties to assess the system' usability and reliability.
