The contract between AI vender and user company describes the rights of AI including, 1. AI Program, 2. Learning Data, 3. Model Parameters, 4. Business Application, 5. Know How to make the model. And it’s important to identify the contract including the Transfer Learning, Distillation of the model in Deep Learning. The first step of clarify AI rights is to bring up person who held AI rights through the discussion of data scientist and lawyer.Privacy rights to control personal information is being strengthened in worldwide, so it’s necessary to pay an attention to it in the future.
