①: Purpose: Currently, the high turnover rate by young people is mentioned as a labor environmental problem in Japan. In parallel with this, AI has remarkably developed in recent years. Although altruistic behavior is necessary to improve turnover rate, when the future society that works with AI came, we investigated whether human altruistic behavior will change and aimed to think about future society .
②: Summary of results: As a result of conducting a public goods supply game using a survey experiment, it turned out that the cooperation rate declined when the surroundings were AI. Therefore, we thought that reform of working way in the AI era is necessary.
