[4Rin1-31] Service Quality Improvement of IoT Coffee Roasting Service Using Lifestyle Analysis

This paper discusses service improvement by utilizing the lifestyle analysis result of IoT coffee roasting service "The Roast". Through our past research, we have extracted "active life" as the most prominent lifestyle factor by performing factor analysis. As a result of distributing a roasted coffee gift kit to stimulate the desire of such sociable users, more than 80% of inactive users continued to use the service. In addition, the average number of roasting activity after service continuation increased.
