[1P3-GS-7-03] Investigating the relationship between user social phobic tendency and avatars in communication tools

In this research, we propose a communication tool that displays an agent that can reflect the user's movement as an avatar.
The proposed method aims to increase the aggressiveness of communication for users who are not good at conversation. As a preparatory stage for realizing the proposed method, we investigated and examined the relationship between the user's consciousness of communication and the avatar. Users were classified according to their consciousness of communication using the Interpersonal Fear-Narcissistic Two Dimensional Model Scale. By performing an experiment in which the classified users evaluate the avatar, the relationship between the user's consciousness and the avatar is analyzed, and the result is reported.
