Before facing massive population decline in our society, achieving flexible and diverse working styles, and improving intelligent production of each individual are required to design a sustainable society. In order to realize flexible work style and improve social participation for diverse human resources, AI technology that learns tacit knowledge in job matching and quickly catches up to the change of skill sets required in jobs is necessary. This paper aims to indicate a vision of matching system among diverse human resource and jobs by extracting characteristics and skills of each workforce, and factorizing job into skill sets. Human Computer Interaction and Social Psychology method will be applied to quantitatively extract skill, experience, and personality of diverse individuals, and experience and intuition of career consultants, as big data. The proposing system will be designed to introduce flexible working styles, and ways of career development to diverse individual.
