To discuss social acceptability of a robot and AI, investigation and analysis about relationship between subjects and AI and image that subjects have were carried out from the viewpoint of their experience and current standpoint. From the result, though almost employee in IT company deal with AI or robot as a tool, students deal with as “friend” because they use AI tools like a smart speaker. Recently, as recognition ratio of AI speaker becomes high, image for AI will be changed. However, analysis from the viewpoint of not only employee but also consumer shall be carried out future.
