[3C1-OS-23a-05] The construction of an inference model that promotes improvement ADL based on physical function
Keywords:activities of daily living, rehabilitation, clinical reasoning
In general, medical and nursing professionals set a framework for clinical reasoning and intervene using practical methods to help subjects improve their decline in activities of daily living (ADL). In addition, subjects often have health problems, and each has a different social background, so clinical reasoning models are framed by many variables selected by expert’s specialties. Therefore, in order to construct the model with high validity, it is necessary to set how to combine various information for inference. In this study, referring to the methods commonly used in the field of physical therapy in rehabilitation, a limited number of items were used to set the subject's physical function and medical and social background, we propose a practical method to improve ADL by clinical reasoning models.
