As the e-commerce market expands, the e-commerce rate in the food sector is lagging behind. One of the causes is the inefficiency of the current fresh food distribution network. The purpose of this research is to propose a method for improving the delivery efficiency of fresh food EC using the existing delivery network. A new delivery model using two temperature delivery and downstream stores was proposed, and so was a routing method in the proposed model. Based on actual delivery data provided by Company X, orders were generated for multiple scenarios, and a case study was performed to calculate and compare the delivery efficiency of the current delivery model and the two proposed models. As a result, the superiority of the last one mile delivery efficiency of the two-temperature zone mixed delivery model using the unused resources proposed in this study over the current delivery model was shown.
