The authors developed the Board Game for Project Management Training to cultivate managers to excellent project manager. So far, over three hundred people have played the board game and partial players were evaluated of their project management competency by the experience-rich facilitators. In this study, the authors try to automate the competency evaluation by collecting player’s card movement, their voice activity and their behavior when playing and by the machine learning of those data. This manuscript describes the concept of automated evaluation of player’s competency and its update feasibility results. One assumption is to estimate an imaginative thinking competency by utilizing the first proposed time among event cards proposed and counting the voice activity in the period. The assumption is verified its accuracy in initial feasibility.
