In the field of nursing care, learners learn a technical procedure and method by textbooks and videos. However, in clinical settings, in order to perform a proper care according to the state of each client, caregivers take the thought processes involved in solving a problem, that is, critical thinking. Clinical judgment refers to the result of critical thinking. Therefore, visualization of clinical judgement skills is important. However, textbooks and videos based on nursing procedure manual do not provide them the way of thought process based on understating of the current situation. And so we developed the learning system of practical knowledge for oral care to learn the clinical judgment considering the current situation. In the leaning system, leaners can learn the clinical judgment of expert professional and realize the difference between an expert and a novice. Leaners could improve their ability of clinical judgment through that leaning system.
