The purpose of our reserch is to study incentives for information disclosure in Information Bank. Currently, Big data and personal data are rising in value due to the development of Artificial Intelligence. Information Bank is being considered to be used as a system that manages and utilizes personal data. However, there are various issues in implementing Information Bank. Among them, we focused on the problem that the merits of Information Bank are not clear to users and companies. We examined how financial incentives and altruistic incentives can be effective when disclosing important and less important information. The result of this research provides a useful proposal to the Information Bank system.
