The article presents the mechanisms of the two types of difficult cases to care by using the Minsky`s multi-layered thinking model. The two types is (1) Delusions of theft in human cognitive disorder and (2) Unwillingness to work of the needy persons. This model uses the “self-model” that are constructed through experiences, or the decision making system. The utilization of this thinking model makes it clear what kinds of care are compatible with work of human’s mind.
