This paper describes an evaluation methodology of assessment skills for person-centered care in dementia. To improve the lives of people with dementia, it is important to understand their personality, but the care industry has problems with collecting useful information for caring and sharing information. Therefore, we have structured information of care records in a care home where is pioneering efforts to support people with dementia, and constructed a model of personality expression. We conducted an experiment using the model to externalize the care knowledge for people with dementia. The result is a part of findings of mindset evaluation.
