With the advancement of AI and IoT technologies, there has been a lot of discussion on the utilization of Personal AI Agent (PAIA). In this paper, we focus on the aspect of supporting human decision-making and behavioral change with PAIA. Specifically, we implement the agent as an ambient intelligence system, and show that it is possible to promote human decision-making and behavioral change by using the Nudge and Boost functions proposed in behavioral economics.
