[3L4-GS-8-02] Comparison and Structure Analysis of Conversation Topics Before and After Speaker's Replacement in Order to Assist Dialogue Inheritance

In human-robot spoken dialogue interaction where remote operator of the robot is replaced during a conversation, the dialogue context must be consistent and natural after the replacement in order to carry on a conversation without any discomfort. In consideration of the above situation, the ultimate goal of this study is to establish a supporting system that enables the successor, who does not know the previous conversational content before the replacement, to continue the conversation smoothly. We analyzed the dialogue by focusing on topic structure before and after the replacement of the operator. According to the analysis, we discuss and provide direction to construct a dialogue inheritance assistance system.
