Recently, social media play an important role in spreading information. However, much of the information that is spread is incorrect, and this has become a social issue. However, existing studies have focused on user behavior at the time of information diffusion and have not extensively analyzed the attribute of users that cause information diffusion. By focusing on the user's past, this study aims to gain new insight into the true nature of users who are taken in by conspiracy theories and the changes that occur to them. Therefore, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the hashtags that were used most frequently on Twitter during the covid-19 pandemic by clustering not only the pandemic but also the reply/retweet networks among past users. The results revealed that people who came to believe that the covid-19 did not exist gathered rapidly after entering the pandemic, created their own communities, and became isolated.
