This paper describes a care skills enhancement framework using a practice video for effective learning of dementia care. In learning care skills, it is important to apply multiple ways of thinking as well as critical thinking. Our proposed framework enables an effective coaching environment by allowing the system to take on the role of a coach. We have developed a data visualization tool, which assists in the visualization of annotation data and schema design to understand easily. We have conducted an experiment of learning based on the framework on 16 subjects belonging to a long-term care medical hospital. The experimental results have shown that the proposed method is more effective in learning care skills.
