Collaborative robots are robots that work with humans in the same space, supporting human work by performing some of the tasks, such as repeatedly moving cargo, in place of humans at various sites. The introduction of collaborative robots can improve the quality and productivity of on-site work, but due to the high cost of introducing and maintaining them, they are not widely used at present. One of the reasons for the high cost is that there are few experts in building collaborative robots. Installation of the cooperative robot on the production line, setting of parameters, commissioning, and trouble-shooting are all left to the experts. This research aims to realize the construction of collaborative robots in remote areas by non-experts through the use of manuals that incorporate the know-how of experts and remote support from experts. Since the current manuals used by experts do not include knowledge (know-how, tips, etc.) that is common knowledge among experts, we interviewed the assembly site to acquire such knowledge. In addition, under the supervision of an expert in collaborative robot construction, we created a manual for non-experts that reflects the acquired know-how.
