[4N3-GS-5-04] Evaluation of mobility service diffusion strategy by using users' decision-making model
Keywords:Decision-making, Diffusion of innovations, Simulation, Mobility service
When users select services, they evaluate their price, quality, and uncertainty. We developed a mathematical model of decision-making that considers the status quo bias and compared the number of users of each service when the quality of the service provided is not constant. As a result, it was found that services with a large blur of quality were more likely to be evaluated lower, resulting in a low number of users. In other words, even if the average quality of service is low, it is possible to improve the number of users by providing a constant quality product.
