In this paper, we will demonstrate a practical example that fine tuned pre-trained objective detection from Tensorflow model zoo with user images to achieve customized applications. We illustrate the end-to-end workflow from data ingestion to model prediction in the first section. The second section focus on algorithms of object detection model, training strategy and evaluation methods. Conclusions and future work are summarized in the last section of this paper.
