Agents used in human society are sometimes entrusted with various tasks with humans. However, agents do not always remember accurately. Therefore, as a way to improve the relationship between humans and agents, we focused on the tolerance of agents' mistakes by humans. In this study, we experimentally examine the possibility that agents' responses and participant choices allow for administrative errors. The experimental results showed that when participants made color choices for the agent's appearance, their willingness to use the agent with scheduling errors increased.
