[3M5-GS-10-02] Proposal for a review-support system of discussions based on the amount and content of speech

When reviewing discussions, it is common practice to read back the minutes or other written records. However, taking minutes of all frequent discussions is a labor-intensive task, and finding specific information within a large number of previously created minutes can be difficult.
To address these issues, we developed a system to support the review of discussions. Our system has two functions: a search function that allows users to quickly find the information they need from past discussions, and a word cloud creation function that provides a clear visualization of the topics that have been discussed in the past.
This paper presents an overview of the discussion review support system, as well as details about the methodology and technology used in its development.
