In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the number of victims of phone fraud, which is a crime of cheating out cash by making phone calls to an unspecified number of people. The purpose of this study is to detect and prevent phone fraud based on changes in the psychological state of the victim during a call. In this paper, we aim to construct a model to predict the psychological state of elderly victims. As a result of measuring physiological response and psychological change in the call for the elderly and analyzing the relationship, it was possible to construct a suitable psychological state estimation model (R2 = 0.792). In the future, we aim to develop a phone fraud detection AI based on psychological changes using above psychological state estimation model, to detect to all kinds of phone fraud
