[3Xin4-18] Recommending Social Media Influencer with High Sales using Followers' Information

In the age of social media, brands spend large part of their budget on social media marketing to promote their products. Recommending potential influencers to brands has become an immense business opportunity. In order to represent brands and influencers, we consider that daily hashtags posted by followers somehow show their preferences and could be useful resources. By embedding hashtags and selecting the top ranked hashtags to represent brands and influencers, we can recommend influencers to the brand. We collected data from a certain popular social media platform including a target brand and 56 related influencers. We evaluate our proposed method by comparing our recommendation results with the top influencer list that contributes to sales offered by Ricecurry Inc. The results show that all the top five sales influencers are in our top ten recommendation list, indicating the effectiveness of our proposed method.
