[4B3-GS-11-03] What determines the social acceptability of AI?

The recent growth of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies urges the research and development of AI services. However, the determining factor for the social acceptability of AI services was not fully studied. Therefore, this study aimed to organize knowledge about such factors. First, market/marketing research online community (MROC) was conducted to collect citizens' opinions. Then, visualization methods were applied to clarify the factors and perform analyses. The results show significant factors with concrete cases.
