[4Xin1-45] Analysis system for research paper database using chemical reaction Information extraction system

We have been working on the project to develop a new research paper database that collects papers from the particular domain and extracts important terms to analyze the cooccurrence among them. This system has been applied to the research domain of nanocrystal device development for evaluation. In this paper, to discuss the generality of the proposed system, we have applied the system to the domain of organic chemical reaction development, which is similar to the previous domain. In this domain, there are open databases for representing the chemical substance and information extraction tool. These tools are good for making the initial database, but we confirm it is also necessary to consider the variation of representing the same chemical substance in different string.
