Keywords:impersonal Study, self, ego, existence, zazen
The purpose of this study is to examine the methodology of recognising the self (impersonality) beyond the ego from the perspective of artificial intelligence. The following points were devised in carrying out the research. Through the practice of zazen with closed eyes, the author became aware of nasal breathing and concentrated between breathing and other thoughts. In addition, the author took the attitude of methodological solipsism and attempted reflection through phenomenological reduction. As a result, in addition to physical sensations, spatial and temporal sensory expressions were extracted during zazen.
