When developing AI, we often use data, training data sets, pretrained parameters (weights), and programs (modules, libraries, etc.) that have been released under various licenses, but it is not easy to accurately decipher the various licenses. In this lecture, I will explain how to read and understand the various licenses. In addition, since it is common to attach a certain license when releasing the results of research and development to the public, this lecture will also touch on the basic concept of such licenses.
