[3P4-OS-46b-05] Knowledge Acquisition Based on Co-occurrence Information from Literature Using Synonymous URI Dictionary and TogoID

As more concepts in the life sciences are represented in knowledge graphs, the existence of synonymous Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs) has made it challenging to comprehensively retrieve knowledge related to a single concept. To address this issue, we are constructing a dictionary of synonymous URIs across various knowledge graphs. Additionally, leveraging this dictionary and TogoID, a database that catalogs relationships between biological concepts, we attempt to retrieve literature in which two biologically related concepts co-occur and extract the knowledge contained within. In this presentation, we report on the current progress of this work.
