Medical volume data plays a critical role as the foundation for diagnosis in modern medicine. However, when shared over networks, such as in telemedicine, there is a risk of security issues, including tampering and unauthorized copying. To address these concerns, watermarking technology has attracted attention as an effective solution. In this paper, we propose a reversible-zero watermarking technique aimed at enhancing the security of medical volume data. Experimental results validate the robustness of the proposed method against both conventional and geometric attacks on medical volume data, while preserving data integrity.
