Keywords:Causal Discovery, Employee Engagement Suvey, Gendered Innovations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
This study has aimed to provide hypotheses for policies promoting women's empowerment and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) through causal discovery based on structural equations models of employee engagement survey data. The results indicates that differences might exist in the causal relationships between engagement items for male and female employees, suggesting a need for further investigation into individual environmental, phychological, and sociocultural factors. However, we have also identified common items strongly associated with improved engagement scores, indicating the potential for developing effective, inclusive initiatives.
