[4Q2-GS-10-05] Development of a Future Portrait Generation System Based on Medical Examinations

It has been pointed out that even if health issues are identified in a medical checkup, they do not necessarily lead to improvements in lifestyle habits. On the other hand, enhancing ``future self-continuity'' may encourage lifestyle changes. This study focuses on ``visualizing one's future self'' as a means to achieve this and proposes a system that generates a user's future face based on their health checkup results. The study examines the experiences this system provides and whether it actually contributes to lifestyle improvements.Specifically, future facial changes were predicted using ChatGPT-4o based on health checkup indicators, and a future face was generated using a text-driven StyleGAN model. The results suggest that visualizing one's future face has the potential to enhance future self-continuity and raise awareness of lifestyle improvements. However, issues such as the realism of the generated face and the unclear relationship between facial changes and lifestyle habits were identified. This indicates the need for providing concrete advice and emphasizing the connection between lifestyle habits and facial changes.
