[13a-2B-11] Efficiency of Micro Cell Isolation Chip for Allergic Diagnosis

We search for an allergic diagnosis chip with the small amount of blood (1ml). Basophils are isolated from leukocytes by magnetic force in our chip.
In this presentation, we report on the efficiency of the cell isolation of our chip. We consider about the result of the ratio of cells population of the output solution to that of the input solution in fluid experiments. The condition of cell isolation chip is considered for efficient measurement with the surface plasmon resonance.
