In order to get high luminosity and low emittance electron beam for SuperKEKB accelerator, stable laser system with mJ level output energy is necessary. An Ytterbium (Yb) doped fiber and Yb:YAG thin-disk hybrid laser system laser system was built. For obtaining high electron charge under high repetition rate operation, improvement of this laser system has been being done.
