[13a-2Q-7] Clarification of the relation between the band-gap and the number of layer in the few-layer phosphorene

The mono-layer black phosphorus, called phosphorene, has the significant band gap (~1.5 eV) while maintaining the high carrier mobility. It is known that the band gap of the multi-layer phosphorene depends on the number of layers but the mechanism has not been clear.
In this study, we clarify the inter-layer interaction occors the band gap narrowing of multi-layer phosphorene.
