[13p-1A-13] Compositional Control and Characterization of RO(F)BiS₂ (R:La,Ce,Pr,Nd) Single Crystals

RO(F)BiS₂ (R:La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Yb) are composed of RO(F)-layer and BiS₂- layer. Single crystals of RO(F)BiS₂ are high two-dimensionality and easily cleaved into BiS₂ layer. It suggests that RO(F)BiS₂ single crystals are promising candidates for single layered device. In this presentation, we will talk about the growth and characterization of RO(F)BiS₂ (R:La,Ce,Pr,Nd) single crystals.
