Dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) atmospheric pressure plasma, powered by both the AC voltage and nanosecond pulses, is developed for the plasma chemistry control. Control of voltage-charge cycles of the nanosecond pulse imposed DBD (the imposed phase control from 0 deg to 180 deg.) resulted in the -14% to +40% AC discharge power changes and up to ±10% modulation of the composition rate of Ozone and N2O.
