We have reported PbS-quantum dot (QD)/ZnO-nanowire (NW)-based solar cells with high efficiency in the near infrared region and long term stability. In the presentation, we will discuss the photovoltaic performance of the solar cells by focusing on PbS-QD surface properties and PbS-QD/ZnO-NW interface properties.
