[13p-2V-7] Microstructure of perovskite solar cells

Microstructure of perovskite solar cells based on CH₃NH₃PbI₃ was investigated by using STEM/EDX, GCIB-TOF-SIMS and D-SIMS. STEM/EDX analysis revealed that the solar cells consisted of blocky CH₃NH₃PbI₃/mesoporous TiO₂ filled with CH₃NH₃PbI₃/compact TiO₂/FTO substrate. GCIB-TOF-SIMS analysis revealed that content of CH₃NH₃ decreased with depth in blocky CH₃NH₃PbI₃ layer. D-SIMS analysis revealed that composition variation of CH₃NH₃PbI₃ in mesoporous TiO₂ was small.
