[13p-2V-7] Microstructure of perovskite solar cells

Microstructure of perovskite solar cells based on CH3NH3PbI3 was investigated by using STEM/EDX, GCIB-TOF-SIMS and D-SIMS. STEM/EDX analysis revealed that the solar cells consisted of blocky CH3NH3PbI3/mesoporous TiO2 filled with CH3NH3PbI3/compact TiO2/FTO substrate. GCIB-TOF-SIMS analysis revealed that content of CH3NH3 decreased with depth in blocky CH3NH3PbI3 layer. D-SIMS analysis revealed that composition variation of CH3NH3PbI3 in mesoporous TiO2 was small.
