[13p-4E-19] Application of a low functional ZnO to ball bearings

Bearings were widely used for reduction of friction force in driving unit. Saving energy is realized by reducing of the friction force. We have found that reduction of the friction force of ZnO coatings were occurred by controlling the crystal preferred orientation because of coulomb repulsion phenomena. The low frictional ZnO coating was applied to an angular contact bearing.
