Magnetic race-track memory is expected to be a sequential access memory with high speed. We have proposed a bilayer nanowire for achieving high density bit. Recently, Parkin et al. reported that synthetic anti-ferromagnetic nanowires improved domain wall speed . However, the influence of interlayer exchange coupling on domain wall speed has not been dicussed yet. In this study, we investigated the influence of interlayer exchange coupling on wall motion in a stacked nanowire by utilizing the micromagnetic simulation.
