[13p-PA1-4] Endurance characteristics of the MTJ with post-oxidized MgO barriers

We studied the endurance characteristics of a MTJ with a post-oxidized MgO barrier using a time-dependent dielectric breakdown method. We found that this MTJ satisfied over 1E16 write cycles at 50 ns pulse under the operation voltage of +0.96/-1.06 V.
