We fabricated arrays of field-effect transistors (FETs) with a pBTTT-C16 active layer by a flow-coating method, and evaluated the device-to-device variation. The device-to-device variation of the field-effect mobility was less than 4%, and the anisotropy in the mobility was 1.2. However, the FET array showed a clear positional dependence of hysteresis in the transfer characteristics. In this presentation, we will discuss the origin of the positional dependence, in detail.
