Organic position-sensitive detector based on copper phthalocyanine CuPc:fullerene C60 bulk-heterojunction with an inverted structure have been fabricated using aluminum doped ZnO (ZnO:Al) as a resistive layer, which is prepared by sol-gel method. In this presentation, we present the fabrication of inverted structure organic position sensitive detector based on copper phthalocyanine CuPc:fullerene C60 bulk-heterostructure that is sensitive to red light and based on ZnO:Al as a surface resistance layer, and report on the characteristics of the position-sensitive detector.
