Keywords:Isolated Conjugated Polymers,Whispering Gallery Mode

Isolated π-conjugated polymers (ICP), which have cyclic side chains, are low crystalline and highly fluorescent because the side chains suppress the π-π stacking interactions. In this research, we tried self-assembly of various kinds of copolymers with cyclic aryls to get spherical structures and showed the key factor to get spheres is twisting of aryls. The spheres emitted Whispering Gallery Mode (WGM) photoemission. We clarified the photoemission spectral profiles are quite sensitive to the integrity of the spherical geometry, which is highly dependent on the difference of the self-assembly conditions.
